Searching Assets

Full Text Search

There is a Full Text Search function available for assets.

Type your search text in the marked field. The system will search within the asset description and the extended texts that are associated with the asset.

Sorting by Rating & No. of Downloads

In order to find the most popular assets according to your search criteria, you can sort the result list by the Average Rating and the No. of Downloads. This can give you an indication how useful this asset has been to other users.

Filtering by Attributes

Each asset can be associated with an unlimited number of attributes. Attributes help to classify an asset and will allow to filter by the attribute values.

Choose the Filter by Attributes action in the asset list page:

Search Assets with your Web Browser

Some browsers provide a nice feature to include custom search engines.

Below please find an example based on Google Chrome:

Settings

Open the settings page --> Search engines --> Manage Search Engines

The Keyword can be used in the address bar, followed by TAB. Now you can enter a search string and the solution backend will present the results.
